How fast can you get here?
Tell us the deadline on your letter and we schedule to beat it. We reply the same day and we run seven days a week.
Will pressure washing damage my roof?
We do not pressure wash roofs. We soft-wash them, which uses low pressure and a cleaning solution instead of force. High pressure cracks tile, strips granules off shingles and can void a roof warranty. Nobody walks on your roof either, we work from the ground.
Do I get something to send the association?
Yes. Before-and-after photos of the cleaned area, the same day, in a format you can forward straight to your property manager.
The letter mentions several things. Can you do them all?
Usually yes, in one visit. Roof, walls, driveway, walkway, fence and pool deck are all things we handle, and doing them together costs less than separate trips.
How long before it comes back?
A soft-wash kills the algae at the root rather than just rinsing the surface, so results last far longer than pressure washing. Most South Florida roofs go one to three years before needing it again.
