1. Walk-through & quote
We assess the property, confirm scope and access, and send a clear, itemized quote - free.
2. Safe, scheduled work
Crews arrive on schedule with the right method for each surface; height work is done by drone, with the operator safely on the ground.
3. Close-out documentation
You receive before/after photos and, for facade work, a condition summary for your records.
4. Recurring plan
Coastal facades and most commercial properties benefit from a regular cycle - we'll propose the right cadence.
