Why We Never Pressure Wash a Tile Roof
High pressure cracks barrel tile, blasts off the protective surface of shingle, and forces water under the roof line. Most roof manufacturers void the warranty the moment a pressure washer touches it. Our soft-wash process uses a low-pressure application - about the force of a garden hose - and lets the cleaning solution do the work.

We cover plants, AC units, and anything below the roof line, and pre-wet all landscaping.
Apply the soft-wash solution.
2-3 light coats of a tile-safe mix, allowed to dwell until the algae releases.
Rinse until clear.
We rinse the roof and everything below it until the runoff runs completely clean.
